What a personal shopper does for you in Bologna
I am not a guide who points at shop windows. I am an image consultant with a degree in Fashion Studies from the University of Bologna, and my work starts before you land: from your questionnaire I prepare a route that fits who you are, what you want and what you plan to spend.
On the day, we go where your answers lead. That can be the luxury boutiques in Galleria Cavour, with appointments booked in advance, the vintage shops I know, or one of the city’s traditional and artisan addresses.
In the fitting room I stay at your side and tell you why a piece works or does not: the cut, the colour, the fabric. If that is the part you want most, the styling session for travellers is built around it.

The questionnaire
Who you are, where you are from, how many of you are coming, what you are looking for, the brands and pieces you have in mind and your shopping budget.
Your route
I prepare the itinerary from your answers and, when needed, book appointments at the boutiques in Galleria Cavour.
We meet
At the time we agree, at your hotel if you are staying in the centre, or at a meeting point in the centre.
In the fitting room
I am at your side and explain why a cut, a colour or a fabric works for you.
Two formats

What you pay for
You pay for my preparation and my time, never a percentage of what you buy.
The price does not change with your shopping budget, so my only interest is that you leave with pieces you will wear. Purchases, lunch and the hairdresser are always excluded.
If you are entitled to it, ask for tax-free at the till, with your passport, before you pay. It only applies when you spend more than €70 in the same shop, and the receipt is then validated at customs when you leave the EU. It does not apply to the tour fee.

A guide shows you where the shops are. As an image consultant, I come into the fitting room with you and explain why a cut, a colour or a fabric works for you, so you choose with reasons, not impulses.
Do I need to know my style before the tour?
No. The questionnaire tells me who you are, what you are looking for and your budget. Working out what suits you is my job.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. The fee is fixed and does not depend on what you buy. It is not a commission on your purchases.
Can I bring my partner or a friend?
Yes. The half day is €450 for one or two people. The full day is €750 for one person and €950 for a couple.
Where do we meet?
At your hotel if you are staying in the centre of Bologna, otherwise at a central meeting point we agree on.
